  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. Did you receive any other e-mails from us (Order Processing? Order Completed?)? If no, then proceed to step 3. If yes, please wait 24 hours before proceeding to step 3.
  3. Send us an e-mail,  info@bgbrewfest.com we will get them right to you.
  4. If it’s the day of the event, PLEASE COME TO THE BOX OFFICE. Bring an ID, we can look up the ticket purchase! We won’t be answering phone calls, and emails will be answered periodically.

Tickets will be available at a limited basis at a $5 increase in price. VIP tickets are limited and may be sold out before the event date. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets before the event date.

Sadly, kids won’t be running the bases. This event is 21 and older.

Gates open for VIP at 12:00 pm and GA at 1:00pm

Public Parking is available all throughout downtown Bowling Green. Adjacent to the Ballpark is the Park Plaza parking structure. Other parking includes street parking, and parking on Fountain Square about 3 blocks south of the Ballpark.

Transportation is only available AFTER the event. We will provide everyone with an Uber promo code during the event that you can use to get a free ride home (within 15 miles). Other public transportation available can be found here.

Allowed:

  • Empty water bottles
  • Sunscreen
  • Pets are allowed into the Facility, but are prohibited from the field.
  • Purses or Small Bags. However, all bags will be subject to inspection
  • Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are welcome at Bowling Green Ballpark.
  • Photographic or hand-held video cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark.

Not Allowed:

  • Food or Beverage of any type!
  • Camera pods or other supports, however, are not permitted.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the field.
  • Coolers
  • Lawn chairs
  • Sticks
  • Offensive, political or other non-event related banners or signs.
  • Laser pens
  • Pressurized air horns,
  • Fireworks
  • Firearms or other weapons,
  • Squirt guns
  • Frisbees

A token is essentially one hole punch on the “Token Card” you will receive upon entry. Here is how it works:

1 Token = 5 oz. Beer Sample

1 Token = 0.25 oz. Bourbon Sample

3 Tokens = 16oz. Beer Pour

All taps will be closing at 5:30pm. Please stay and enjoy the music, sun, and games until 6pm.

Due to the nature of the event, we do not allow Re-Entry. Once you leave the event you are not allowed admittance back into the festival.

The festival is rain or shine. We have a rain plan if we need to put it into effect.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the concourse and VIP deck. There is absolutely no smoking on the field.

The festival will have a medical tent on the concourse with two certified EMT personnel. If you can’t make it to the medical tent, grab an event organizer or member of our security staff, we will assist you.

Yes. Access to all the facilities is Handicap Accessible!
