I purchased tickets, but never received them. What do I do now?

Please call the ticket office at 270-901-2121.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Tickets will be available at a limited basis. VIP and Premium tickets are limited and may be sold out before the event date. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets before the event date.

Are children allowed?

Big kids only - this event is 21 and older.

What time do gates open?

Gates open at 12PM for VIP and Premium, and 1PM for General Admission.

Where can I park?

Public parking is available all throughout downtown Bowling Green. Adjacent to the Ballpark is the Stadium Park Plaza parking structure. Other parking includes street parking and parking on Fountain Square about three blocks south of the Ballpark. Is there transportation available?

Transportation is only available AFTER the event, courtesy of Reed Law Group. We will provide everyone with an Uber promo code during the event that you can use to get a free ride home, up to $15 (within 15 miles).

What time do taps shut down?

All taps will be closing at 4:30PM. Please stay and enjoy the music, fun, and games until 5PM.

Do you allow re-entry?

Due to the nature of the event, we do not allow re-entry. Once you leave the event, you are not allowed admittance back into the festival.

What happens if it rains?

The festival is rain or shine. We have a rain plan if we need to put it into effect.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the concourse and VIP deck.

Is the festival handicap accessible?

Yes. Access to all the facilities is handicap accessible.

What are the safety and medical procedures?

The festival will have a medical room on the concourse with certified EMT personnel. If you can't make it to the first aid rom, grab an event organizer or member of our security staff, we will assist you.

What can I bring into the event?

Clear bags only (Clear Bag Policy went into effect 5/1/23)
Empty water bottles
Sunscreen
Photographic or hand-held video cameras for personal use only

What can I not bring into the event?

Food or beverage of any type
Camera tripods or other supports
Coolers
Lawn Chairs
Sticks
Offensive, political or other non-event related banners or signs

Are animals allowed?

Animals are not allowed. Service animals are permitted.
