Merchandise returns are subject to approval and are valid exclusively for the following conditions:
- Misprints – The merchandise has a print that is vastly different from what was ordered.
- Damaged – The merchandise was damaged in shipping.
Any claims for misprinted or damaged items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Returns will not be considered for ANY other reason such as incorrect sizing or buyers remorse.
